When you apply for a reservation, your booking request will be forwarded to Hotelpass reservation system
and simultaneously to our operation staff to provide perfect service without any negligence or skip.

Booking Confirmation
Booking confirmation will be notified to you via E-mail from
Hotelpass's booking system within 24 hours on a business day basis.

Payment
Please note that all bookings must be prepaid through Hotelpass, which means that you authorize Hotelpass to charge on your credit card for the total room price.

Hotel Voucher
Once your room rervation is confirmed, we will send you a hotel confirmation voucher reflecting all the booking details through email.
The hotel voucher displays hotel confirmation number, the hotel information and cancellation policy.
You need to print-out this voucher and present it to the hotel reception at the time of your check-in.
